SHIPPING: Please be advised that we DO NOT SHIP to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  The Shipping Department is CLOSED for the WEEKEND and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.  Merchandise ordered on Friday after hours will be shipped within the next regular business day.  Domestic Buyers: pay a flat fee of $6.95, which includes shipping charges and a handling fee to cover the cost of packaging materials, labor, etc. If this item is a part of an order with other items in the same box, the additional shipping cost for this item will be reduced to $3.50. Canadian Buyers: Shipping and handling charges to Canada are $25.00. If this item is a part of an order with other items in the same box, the additional shipping cost for this item will be reduced to $5.00 each. Tariff, Duty, GST and Other Taxes are additional and will be collected at time of final delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. We prefer not to ship internationally due to the possibility of delivery problems.  If an international buyer bids on and wins one of our items, the International Flat Rate per item is $50.00. In many cases, we contract with an independent gemologist to evaluate our items. We do not take stones out of the mount to evaluate them, and therefore all measurements contain a small degree of possibility for error. A WORD ABOUT GOLD AND SILVER CONTENT: If an item is stamped or marked regarding the carat content or purity, we use that in our description. If we cannot find a marking, we will test the item and use the results in our listings. We do not stamp or mark jewelry. When we describe an item as solid gold, we are referring to the gold content (solid as opposed to filled or plated).

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE: If there is a problem with your item, we will accept a return for an exchange, credit, or repair, at our option, within 3 business days. You must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number prior to returning an item. Any item received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender. Items must be in their original condition, not worn, used, or altered. We do not reimburse the return shipping, ring resizing fee, or other auxiliary charges. Any exchange, credit or refund issued will be in the amount of the original price paid less shipping, handling, insurance, other fees and a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund if we feel this policy is being abused.
